Marking machine workflow:
1. Workpiece placement detection: Check if the product is placed in place on the fixture. If it is not in place, an alarm will be triggered and marking is not allowed.
2. Automatically scan the marking position before marking. Only when there is no code then mark action be allowed. If there is a code, an alarm will be triggered to prevent secondary coding.
3. After marking the QR code, the level verification gun will automatically scan the QR code. If the QR code level meets the standard, it will pass the verification. An alarm will sound if it does not meet the standard.
4.Anti duplication QR code marking: Multiple anti duplication verifications such as scanning verification, anti duplication, error prevention, and brightness code, consistency judgment are performed. If the verification is qualified, the scanned content is saved to the database for verification, and the data is sent to MES. At the same time, the QR code data is saved to the database. The database records include QR code data, marking QR coding time, scanning data, scanning time, coding level, verification results, etc.
5. Power outage protection function: In case of abnormal power outage, the marking software has a memory function. After power supply, the software does not need to reset parameters and can continue marking before power outage without the occurrence of duplicate codes.
