3/5/8/10W Desktop High Precision 355nm UV laser marking machine for plastic, glass, metal

It greatly reduces the mechanical deformation of the material and has little heat influence on the processing materials. It is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is especially suitable for marking food, medical packaging materials, micropores, high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers complex graphics and other applications.

1.  High reliability, stability. Optional double working places with rotary working table can shorten processing time and largely improve working efficiency.

2. The machine can mark on special materials, polymer materials, plastic, ect., with much better coloring and marking effect, which the Infrared laser can not mark.

3. Perfect marking effect. There is no residue, no carbonization, no deformation under the marking process. Marking workpiece surface is smooth.

4. The machine can do ultra-fine and micro processing, character marking with a height of only 0.1mm,  and penetration for micro-hole with a hole diameter of 10μm.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
 
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
 
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
 
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
