100W 200W fiber laser marking machine for sand mould die casting parts
Product features:
1.This is a sand mould laser marking(coding) workstation, with left in and right out. The sand mould blocks arrive at the marking
workstation with the conveyor belt, and the sensor senses that the workpiece is in place, the tray blocks and stops the movement, and
the side push clamps and positions it; PLC automatically retrieves the marking content of the sand mould block of this model based
on the product model. The marking action is completed and it is transported to the next process.

1. Laser: Fiber laser, high photoelectric conversion rate, long lifespan;
2. Laser Head: Optical path marking module with visual positioning;
3. Conveyor belt: Batch transport sand mould modules to the marking area, complete marking, and transport to the next stage;
4. Positioning fixtures; Side push workpiece positioning plate and side push cylinder;
5. Blowing system: When laser marking, blow away the sintered layer left by laser burning at the marking site to make the marking
depth deeper;
6. Whole machine structure: Outer enclosure structure, higher safety factor and stable performance of the whole machine.
7. Energy saving: low energy consumption, no consumables, maintenance free, low operating costs.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting, ect.
Q3: How about the delivery time?
For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days.
Regarding customized machine, we need to check with technicians.
Q4: How about the warranty time?
Our Co2 laser marking machine warranty time is 12 months. Please send back the broken parts to us, we will send the new and replaced one to you. We suggest you take one extra set of spare parts together with your order which will be more convinient for your production line continurous running.
