Nameplate Laser Marking Machine With Customize Laminator Fully Automatic Nameplate Laminating Machine



1. The machine with fixture automatically print/mark metal, aluminum, steel, stainless steel nameplates.

2. After completing laser marking nameplates, the displacement mechanism moves to the marking area
to adsorb the completed and marked nameplates.
3. The displacement mechanism cooperates with the lifting mechanism to place the nameplate on the
laminating machine for laminating automatically.

4. Manually select the corresponding marked nameplate model and manually discharge the material
(design the silo as150mm high, capable of storing 150 pcs of nameplates). Operator manually activated
press the start button, the silo sensor senses the presence of material, the feeding mechanism starts
feeding, and the sensor senses that the workpiece is in place.Afterwards, the feeding mechanism stops moving,
and the two cylinders of the nameplate positioning mechanism push out for positioning, providing
marking signal, then marking. The displacement lifting mechanism moves to the marking area to adsorb
the completed nameplate, and the displacement lifting machine move the nameplate onto the laminating machine,
and when the laminating machine receives the interactive signal of the nameplate falling,
it will start the laminating process. After laminating, the nameplate will fall into the receiving box.

5.This device supports switching between manual and automatic modes.
