Composition and working principle of automobile wheel hub laser marking machine
The machine comprises a frame, a roller table line, a blocking device, a wheel hub height measuring grating, a servo electric lifting device, a central clamping and rotating device, a laser marking device, a one-dimensional code recognition camera, a two-dimensional code reading camera and an opposite sensor; The roller shaft is installed on the frame for conveying the hub; The material blocking device and the wheel hub height measuring grating are installed at the entrance of the roller table line, and blocking device is used to block the wheel hub to be marked; The hub height measuring grating is used to detect the hub height; The servo electric lifting device is installed on the top of the frame; The centering clamping rotating device is installed at the lower end of the servo electric lifting device; The laser marking device is installed below the roller table line; The one-dimensional code identification camera is installed on the frame; The two-dimensional code reading camera is installed on the laser marking device; The radiation sensor is installed on both sides of the frame.

Application field of wheel hub laser marking machine
It is widely used in on-line laser marking of wheels. The inner and outer rims are marked automatically online without manual moving, turning and positioning, which greatly reduces the work intensity of the operator and improves the production efficiency and marking quality.
The forged aluminum wheel shall be engraved with a depth mark at the rim. It can meet the marking requirements of rim with different specifications (angles). High power laser is selected to meet its unique depth requirements.

Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better.
