Automobile wheel hub laser marking machine is a special marking machine specially developed by our company for the automobile wheel hub industry. It does not need to manually handle the wheel hub, making the marking process more efficient, safe and reliable.
Composition and working principle of automobile wheel hub laser marking machine
The machine comprises a frame, a roller table line, a blocking device, a wheel hub height measuring grating, a servo electric lifting device, a central clamping and rotating device, a laser marking device, a one-dimensional code recognition camera, a two-dimensional code reading camera and an opposite sensor; The roller shaft is installed on the frame for conveying the hub; The material blocking device and the wheel hub height measuring grating are installed at the entrance of the roller table line, and blocking device is used to block the wheel hub to be marked; The hub height measuring grating is used to detect the hub height; The servo electric lifting device is installed on the top of the frame; The centering clamping rotating device is installed at the lower end of the servo electric lifting device; The laser marking device is installed below the roller table line; The one-dimensional code identification camera is installed on the frame; The two-dimensional code reading camera is installed on the laser marking device; The radiation sensor is installed on both sides of the frame.

Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
