1. The camera has a large imaging field of view. It is applicable to the marking of any flat products at any angle, any quantity and the product can be automatically identified by camera and marked by the laser source.
2. It can be integrated with laser light path of various wavelengths such as optical fiber, CO2 and semiconductor, and can process a variety of metal and non-metallic materials, especially for marking materials with high hardness, high melting point and brittleness.

Process flow of brake disc visual positioning laser marking machine
When the workpiece arrives at the marking station, the jacking mechanism lifts the workpiece, the visual camera takes photos to locate the marking position, and the marking machine receives the marking position signal and starts marking. After marking is completed, the code reader verifies the QR code. If passed, the workpiece is lifted off the rack, the falling is blocked, and then the workpiece flows away. Failure of verification, alarm prompt and manual intervention. The height of the lifting column needs to be manually adjusted when the workpiece change focal length changes.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
