Automatic runnng, easy installation, control and operation. When power on, just open the device, you can clean without adding chemical reagent, medium, dust, water. The laser cleaning machine can clear the surface resin, oil, dirt, dirt, rust, coating, coating, paint, etc.

surface with high efficiency.

Automatic laser cleaning working flow:

The conveyor line normally runs, and the sensor on the tray senses the hooked workpiece sliding to the cleaning station. The clamping mechanism positions the hooked workpiece, the side-push cylinder retracts, and the 4-axis module moves the cleaning head to the cleaning position, cooperating with the laser ranging to move to the focal length to start cleaning the plane and arc surfaces. After all surfaces are cleaned, the 4-axis module retracts to the original point for avoidance. The sensor senses the workpiece on the tray reaching the feeding position, the clamping mechanism releases, and the side-push mechanism pushes the tray back to the cleaning position to wait for the next hook.
