Product Functions:

Visual Positioning Laser Marking Machine can be placed at any angel without fixing the products. Its economic with best quality, and it mainly used for marking on metal and nonmetal material, without consumable,with cost effective. For some small parts or small letters, the positioning is not easy to be done by hand, so a new CCD automatic identifying & positioning laser marking machine 3D for ultra small parts and letters marking was launched.

As the small parts and letters are hard to be positioned and marked by hand, this machine adopts a 5 megapixel coaxial CCD camera, can realize automatic identifying and positioning for marking. It will enlarge the marking area, identify the shape and marking area of the object in the software, and achieve 0.02mm ultra high positioning accuracy.

This laser marking machine 3D is especially suitable for marking on ultra high-precision and valuable parts which is not easy to be positioned by hand, such as: electronic components, IC chips, circuit boards, resistors, small capacitors, metal buttons, pens, etc., more suitable for marking on the parts which is not possible for positioning by hand.


Main Features:

1. The camera has a large imaging field of view. It is applicable to the marking of any flat products; Any angle, any quantity of work pieces and camera of the product can automatically identify and mark the product.

2. It can be integrated with laser light path of various wavelengths such as optical fiber, CO2 and semiconductor, and can process a variety of metal and non-metallic materials, especially for marking materials with high hardness, high melting point and brittleness;

3. Non contact processing, no product damage, no tool wear, fine laser beam, small processing material consumption, small processing heat affected zone, high processing efficiency, and greatly save fixture cost and placement time;

4. The positioning accuracy can reach plus or minus 0.03mm according to the hardware configuration;

5. One or more products can be selected at a time according to the product size; The flow operation can be realized through the docking assembly line of tooling (conveyor belt or cross slide).

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
 
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
 
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
 
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
