355nm 3W 5W 10W UV laser marking machine for PCB board printing
It greatly reduces the mechanical deformation of the material and has little heat influence on the processing materials. It is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is especially suitable for marking food, medical packaging materials, micropores, high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers complex graphics and other applications.

1. Marking effect is nearly perfect. There is no residue, no carbonization, no deformation under the marking process. Marking workpiece surface is smooth.

4. The machine can do ultra-fine and micro processing, character marking with a height of only 0.1mm, and penetration for micro-hole with a hole diameter of 10μm.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting, ect.
Q3: How about the delivery time?
For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days.
Q4: How about the warranty time?
Our fiber laser marking machine warranty time is 12 months. Please send back the broken parts to us, we will send the new and replaced one to you. We suggest you take one extra set of spare parts together with your order which will be more convinient for your production line continurous running.
