Sino-galvo CO2 UV Fiber Portable Laser Marking Printer Machine with Visual positioning system


If marking batch irregular parts, one fixture cannot guarantee all parts positioning. CCD visual positioning detection laser marking

machine uses an external camera to capture feature points in real time. The productions convey line system can supply any

materials at will, the machine accurately locate and mark, which greatly improves the marking efficiency. The accuracy of visual

recognition system can reach 0.01 mm. visual automatic positioning can complete the automatic retrieval and automatic

acquisition of 0 ~ 99 kinds of goods with different characteristics and different total numbers, and the automatic production and

processing of different marks accordingly. 






Composition of optical fiber laser marking machine for visual positioning


Visual positioning optical fiber marking machine (equipped with conveyor belt) consists of marking optical path,

motor, light source, coaxial CCD vision, 120-550 manual lifting column, belt conveyor line, anti radiation sensor,

computer control system, keyboard, control button and cabinet, etc.


Product Features:

1. The camera has a large imaging field of view. It is applicable to the marking of any flat products; any angle,

any quantity of work pieces and camera of the product can automatically identify and mark the product.

2. It can be integrated with laser light path of various wavelengths such as optical fiber, CO2 and semiconductor,

and can process a variety of metal and non-metallic materials, especially for marking materials with high hardness,

high melting point and brittleness;

3. Non contact processing, no product damage, no tool wear, fine laser beam, small processing material consumption,

small processing heat affected zone, high processing efficiency, and greatly save fixture cost and placement time;

4. The positioning accuracy can reach plus or minus 0.03mm according to the hardware configuration;

5. One or more products can be selected at a time according to the product size; The flow operation can be realized

through the docking assembly line of tooling (conveyor belt or cross slide).

6. Good beam quality, small volume, fast speed, long service life, flexible and convenient installation, low power

consumption and maintenance free;

7. XYZ axis can be added according to the actual product characteristics to realize fully automatic visual positioning

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
 
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
 
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
 
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
