Forged wheel hub passing through type outer wall laser marking machine is a special wheel hub marking machine specially developed by our company for the automobile wheel hub industry. It is equipped with assembly line operation, which makes the processing process more efficient, safe and reliable.

The hub is manually fed to the conveyor belt and enters the roller table line. The blocking mechanism on the roller table fixes the hub in the area to be marked. The reflection sensor senses that the hub moves to the generation processing area. The 3D marking head below the roller table line moves up from the Z axis and probes into the inner wall of the hub for marking. After marking, the Z axis moves down and retracts, and the hub is transported to the conveyor belt with the roller table axis. Then proceed to the next process.

Composition and working principle of laser marking machine for automobile forged wheel hub

The utility model comprises a frame, a roller table line, a blocking mechanism, a side pushing clamping and positioning mechanism, an electric module focusing mechanism, and an inner wall arc 3D galvanometer marking component.
