Wuhan Label laser has developed a fully automatic loading and unloading nameplate marking machine for the production and processing of large quantities of nameplates of the same size. LBGX-300 series fiber laser marking machine consists of laser generator system (optical system), computer control system, cooling system, standard cabinet and workbench.
System composition of automatic nameplate marking machine:
1. Cabinet body, 2 Nameplate receiving box, 3 Pneumatic displacement adsorption mechanism, 4 Workbench aluminum plate, 5 Manual lifting assembly, 6 Display and support frame, 7 Marking optical path assembly, 8 Nameplate positioning tooling, 9 Control button section, 10 Three color warning light, 11 keyboard and mouse drawer.
The feeding bin is equipped with X and Y side push and lean cylinders, which can ensure the consistency of nameplate positions of all feeding bins; There is a stepping motor jacking mechanism at the bottom of the feed bin, which can compensate the height of the nameplate in the bin and quickly complete laser focusing; After the marking is completed, the vacuum adsorption mechanism will adsorb the nameplate after the marking is completed and put it into the receiving box.
The equipment is also suitable for batch marking of regular rectangular plane workpieces, and the materials are not limited to metal, plastic, resin, etc.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also
operation video to you for study.
If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting, ect.
Q3: How about the delivery time?
For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days.
