High efficiency uv 3d fiber laser marking machine with large platform for sale
UV laser marking machine belongs to the series of laser marking machine, but it is developed by 355nm UV laser generator. The machine adopt three-order intracavity frequency multiplication technology. 355 UV focusing facula is much smaller compared with infrared laser. It greatly reduces the mechanical deformation of the material and has little heat influence on the processing materials. It is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is especially suitable for marking food, medical packaging materials, micropores, high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers complex graphics and other applications.

1. Superior quality light beam, and the output laser facula is little, whose marking effect is nearly perfect. It can satisfy the special manufacturing and processing demand in harsh industrial working condition.

4. Perfect marking effect. There is no residue, no carbonization, no deformation under the marking process. Marking workpiece surface is smooth.
5. The machine can do ultra-fine and micro processing, character marking with a height of only 0.1mm, and penetration for micro-hole with a hole diameter of 10μm.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting, ect., but visa fee, air ticket fee, hotel accommodation fee, transportation fee will be borned by your party.
Q3: What's the payment term?
We accept payment by TT,L/C,Paypal,Credit card,West union, etc.30% deposit is to confirm order for machine production,the balance paid before delivery or at sight of copied of B/L.
