Performance Feature:

The on-line forging wheel hub inner wall double head laser marking machine is a special wheel hub marking machine specially developed by our company for the automobile wheel hub industry. It is equipped with assembly line operation, which makes the processing process more efficient, safe and reliable.

The wheel hub enters the roller table line through the manual feeding conveyor belt. The blocking mechanism on the roller table fixes the hub in the area to be marked. The reflection sensor senses that the hub moves to the processing area. The 3D marking head on the side of the roller table line marks the side of the automobile hub. At the same time, another 3D marking head under the roller table shaft moves up along the Z axis by the pneumatic device and probes into the inner wall of the hub for marking. After marking, the 3D marking head is moved down along the Z-axis by the pneumatic device, and the wheel hub is transported to the conveyor belt with the roller table axis, and then the next circle of process is carried out.
